I specifically asked for no shellac 3 times, I wanted plain black acrylic nails. They used gel anyway and did not tell me until they pulled the machine out to stick my hands in. The technician did not even touch my cuticles. The acrylics look like they already need to be filled after three days because he did not go all the way to the end of my nail. I specifically asked for square nails and he kept telling me I needed coffin shaped nails. To top it off, he told me four times I should put rhinestones on my fingers, as if the first time I said no I do not like jewels was not clear. Terrible experience and they made me pay for the gel that I specified I did not want. I will NEVER be back here.
